Why SafePedicures exists
Most nail salon directories sort by reviews, distance, or price. SafePedicures sorts by something different — the visible signals of clean, safe practice. Autoclaves. Disposable basin liners. Pipeless pedicure chairs. Single-use porous tools. Visible licensing. The things that actually reduce your risk of infection or contamination.
Every salon listed here has been evaluated against the same set of criteria. We update listings on a rolling basis as new information becomes available — through inspection records, reader reports, and our own research.
What we're not
SafePedicures is not a booking platform, a salon-management product, or a paid-rank directory. Inclusion is editorial. Salons cannot pay to be listed, removed, or re-ordered.
How to read a listing
Each city page includes salons we've evaluated, with notes on what stands out about each one. Star ratings reflect public Google review averages — they're a useful signal, but the editor's note is the more important read.
